I already have Dubsado setup, will this service still suit me?

Yes, most definitely. Dubsado is merely the tool I will be using to execute your Client Experience Strategy, our service involves so much more than just the basic setup of Dubsado and your workflow. I will be looking at your entire Client Journey and creating a new Client Centric Workflow & strategy to help you add additional value to the service you offer, and give your clients an experience to be remembered.

Do you offer a payment plan?

I know that this is a big Investment, so I do offer our clients payment plans. Remember, you have already invested so much into your website & branding so it's important to invest in a system that can help you provide your clients with a professional branded experience and follow through on the impression they already have of your brand. 

I have two payment plan options. You can pay in full or in three equal instalments. I are always here to help, so please do get in touch if you need a more flexible payment option.

What makes your offer different from other Dubsado setup services?

There are a lot of Dubsado Setup Services, but what I offer is something completely distinctive.  I want to create experiences that are completely tailored to your brand & different from others in your industry. If you are reading this, I can already tell how passionate you are about your Clients and your business. You have probably invested in your branding & website, and now you need to follow everything through and create an experience to match your work & brand. 

I help you develop an entire Client Experience Strategy that will leave you confident about the backend & processes behind your service.

This will depend on my current schedule, as I only take on a limited number of projects per season. After our call I will advise on the soonest start date. But you can sometimes expect to wait 1-2 months for your project to start. This is the perfect time to gather all the info I need from you and start to work on your groundwork questionnaire.

I don't believe in cookie cutter or standard experiences, so our service is based on what would create the most impact for your brand. I only work on one service at a time, so if you have multiple offerings these will need to be quoted separately.

After our initial enquiry call, I will outline all the details of your project and the final deliverables.

How soon could we get started?

The more information you provide, the better the experience we can create. I will guide you through the entire process, and give helpful suggestions on what to include, but I need you to provide me with all of your copy (wording), content, brand assets & imagery to use. I have created a seamless process, to help keep you on track and give you deadlines to provide all the information & assets I need from you.

To ensure the best result, I may suggest hiring a brand photographer or copy writer, but this is completely up to you.

I also need you to subscribe to the tools & systems I suggest to execute your branded experience. You will need to create a Dubsado subscription, Flodesk and you may want to include other tools such as Notion. This will depend on your business, and will be outlined in your Proposal. I also have discount codes for Dubsado & Flodesk which I will share with you.

What would I need to provide?

Yes of course, I want to be there to support you once I have finalised & implemented your signature branded experience. 

I will provide you with video tutorials so you will know exactly how to execute everything effortlessly. I also offer 3 weeks of email support in case you get stuck or need additional support.

Do you offer support after the setup?

Are there any additional fees involved?

Yes, I will need you to purchase an annual or monthly version of Dubsado in order for me to work with you. There may also be additional costs involved for 3rd party apps, such as Zapier, Flodesk, Bonjoro, Video Ask etc.

I sometimes suggest using these as a way to enhance your client experience, and is not included in our fee. 

Please let us know if you are concerned about the additional monthly expenses of using other apps so I can be mindful of this when designing your client experience strategy & workflow.
