Before your VIP Day you’ll complete our pre-call questionnaire to bring me up to speed on your business and current client journey.

On the morning of your VIP Day we’ll have a 2hr strategy call to uncover your client lifecycle, redesign your client journey and pinpoint key areas in which you can elevate your experience.

You can carry on with your day as I get stuck into creating your customised client workflow and implementation guide, which is delivered to you by the end of the day.

During this VIP Day I’ll completely transform your boring pdfs into cohesive and on brand forms that are designed to inspire and delight - so you can feel proud sending out information to your clients

Before the session, we’ll create a list of design tasks that I can realistically get done for you in a day - this will depend on the type of document and amount of information included

 I'll ask you for all of the information and brand assets I need beforehand, and for 7 hours I will be fully focused on your business. You can relax while I get everything done - I just need you to be available to answer questions and approve things as I go

By the end of the day you’ll have beautifully designed and purposeful forms in either Canva or Dubsado, plus a video tutorial on how you can easily make changes and updates in the future

Before your VIP Day we’ll have a 30 minute strategy call to brainstorm ideas for your lead magnet and nurture series of three emails welcoming new subscribers.

During your VIP Day I’ll design a pdf version of your lead magnet, set up your nurture series, and design 3x templates for you to use to connect with your audience going forwards.

I’ll also show you how to use the templates so you can continue to send branded emails that your subscribers will be excited to open!

This is what a typical VIP Day experience looks like:


I have three areas of focus to choose from, depending on which part of your client experience needs attention. If you haven’t given your client experience much thought, then we suggest starting with client experience strategy.


We will have a quick 30 min call to outline everything we plan on getting done on your VIP day. It’s important to note, you aren’t buying a set of deliverables, but my expertise for the day. I will let you know what I think is achievable on the day, and promise I will get as much as I can done. These are the things I LOVE doing, and have tons of experience with, so I can get them done for you efficiently! 


We will need you to complete a questionnaire to help us get the most out of our time spent together. The more information you give me, the better and smoother your VIP experience will be. Don’t worry, I will guide you through every step of the process, making sure we get as much done as possible.


You’ll have my complete undivided attention for a full 8 hours, fully immersed in your business! Each VIP Day has a slightly different process, but all of them start with a call in the morning (we will need to get an early start), and finish with a handover in the afternoon. I will need you on standby to answer some questions / approve designs etc, but for the most part you can focus on what you do best and leave the rest up to me.


You still have support from me following your VIP Day. I’ll give you training videos or guides to help you follow through with everything I have set up for you. And if you have any questions along the way, I will help you during my office hours which are Mon-Wed 9am-2pm.

You also have the chance to book me for further VIP Days, if you want to work on other areas of your client experience.

Which focus area should I choose?

Typically I suggest choosing our Strategy VIP day first. Once you have your strategy in place, you will know exactly what guides, checklists, emails etc you will need to enhance your brand's experience. 

Perhaps you have bought templates in the past, but the design is still not showcasing your work as well as what you had hoped. Or you decided to sign-up for Dubsado and now you feel completely overwhelmed. Our VIP days can help you get stuff done (quickly)!

Frequently Asked Questions

What will be included in the Branded Collateral VIP Day? 

This depends on whether I am designing PDFs or if I will be designing proposals, questionnaires etc in Dubsado. I can design anything that is related to improving your Client Experience.

Before we start your VIP Day, I will ask you to send me a list of everything you WANT to get done and then I will let you know what I think we can realistically get done. I will try my best to get as much done as I can, but it's important to remember your are paying me for the day and not specific deliverables. 

Do you only help service based businesses?

Yes, with service based businesses, the client experience is a long journey and unlike product based businesses, you may be working with your Clients over several months or over a year. For this reason service based businesses tend to have a longer Client Lifecycle. You want to make your clients feel valued and engaged throughout the process, not only at the beginning and the end.

Will I have to be on a call all day?

No, typically I will have a call early in the morning and then a short call towards the end of the day. I will need to make sure that I can get hold of you throughout the day, so it would be good to stay close to your email to avoid any delays during your VIP Day.

This will depend on my current schedule, as I only take on a limited number of VIP days per month. The best would be to get in touch via email or click on the book now section at the bottom of the page and you will be able to see my current availability.

In our experience, it normally helps to book a VIP day 2-3 weeks in advance so that you have enough time to gather all the information we need from you before starting. Don't worry, we will give you a detailed list of everything we need.

How soon could we get started?

The more information you provide, the better the experience I can create. I will guide you through the entire process, and give helpful suggestions on what to include, but I need you to provide us with all of your copy (wording), content, brand assets & imagery to use. 

I will also need access to your Flodesk or Dubsado account, depending on the type of VIP day you choose.

What would I need to provide?

Yes of course, I want to be there to support you once I have wrapped up your design VIP day. You will have access to 1-2 weeks of email support after your VIP day.

We will provide you with video tutorials if necessary.

Do you offer support after the setup?

Yes, definitely! We need 50% deposit in order to secure your VIP day, and the balance will be due 1 day before the scheduled VIP day.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

I understand that things happen. In certain circumstances, I will allow you to reschedule your VIP Day. But, I really need you to be committed to doing your prep-work to avoid unnecessary postponements. 

I know you’re busy, you have a to-do list as long as your arm, so these tasks keep taking a back seat and you promise yourself you will get to it soon, but never do. Let’s break that cycle and get it done in a day!
